The idea for CitySites was hatched over lobster at Mo's Caribbean on 76th and 1st between former London roommates and friends, Gregg Roberts and Scott Hakim. CitySites started out in a small office on East 6th Street that included IKEA furniture assembled by the principals. The business rapidly expanded into a dynamic boutique operation with four offices throughout Manhattan and over forty licensed New York City Real Estate professionals.
The company was founded on the principal of providing the customer with a superior experience throughout the New York Real Estate process, whether selling, buying or renting. CitySites has always been committed to staying a step ahead in the technology race to allow their brokers and customers to have access to the tools needed to make accomplishing their goals smoother and more seamless. CitySites is one of the few Manhattan Real Estate firms with a fully integrated and customized database allowing us to quickly adapt and evolve with current market trends.
