Tom has been involved in real estate for over 20 years. He has been managing his own rental properties in New York and New Jersey, keeping several properties continuously rented during that time. In 2006 he joined City Sites Real Estate Group. He initially concentrated on rentals, sucessfully completing dozens of Manhattan apartment leasings.

In 2007, he teamed with Dennis Daniel and began doing sales of Manhattan co-ops and condos.In that one year period, they have achieved a multi-million dollar sales record.

Before coming to City Sites, Tom worked as a Business Development Manager at Lucent Microelectronics. In that position, he planned and negotiated business partnerships for the microchip arm of Lucent Technologies.

Tom has an engineering degree from Rutgers University. He is a long-time resident of the Murray Hill area of Manhattan, and is intimately familiar with all areas of the city.
